Wooden ramp for hang gliders. For paragliders this launch site is only conditionally suitable. The Stoderzinken is one of the best flying mountains in the Ennstal. A toll road leads to the starting areas. After a short walk from the car park at Steinerhaus, hang gliders can take off from a wooden ramp to the south. The other starting places are located in the summit area and can be reached by a half hour walk. New: South launch site Peter Rosegger (S, SW) Excellent introduction to thermals in the morning. Starting permission from 31 March - 30 October, reachable in approx. 6 min from parking Steinerhaus.
