Located in the middle of Saleve, the take off is small but well prepared and clean, protected with the artificial grass. Accessible both by car and the cable car (15-20min walk), summer and winter.
Usually better for the more western directions than the Telepherique. Can get crowded with both the pilots and the spectators. It's short but free of obstacles and the view might be intimidating for the faint hearted.
Great scenery, several landings easily reachable with Troinex preferable. Static thermals in front of the take off and all around. Possibility to interact with numerous hikers and climbers.
! TMA et CTR Geneve: Ne pas monter plus haut que 300 m. au dessus du Saleve (soit 1600m./mer). Interdiction de survoler la ville !
Careful with the side wind, the trees can produce rotors; also typical tail wind late in the evening.

- Possible parking next to the restaurant 'La Table d'Orientation', from there, take the visible path to the right (north) along the hill.
- From the telepherique, take the marked path uphill, quickly turning to the right (direction south - l'observatorie). Cross the road several time until you get closer to the cliff, where you'll find the take off directly on your way. Impossible to miss it (15-20min easy walk)
