Meduno Paragliding Sites

Flying area near Maniago Topland bar launch site (be careful not to approach from too far back!) Meduno is a flying area on the southern edge of the Alps in Italy. It is now as crowded as Bassano. Be careful with easterly winds! The wind at the start usually comes from the south but away from the east and then it can quickly become turbulent! Large top-landable launch site, large landing area. Shuttle service only if required for 6 or more people. Camping at the landing site is no longer permitted. Many flying schools. Overnight accommodation in Meduno and the surrounding area.
