Gaillouneys site: From the Petit Nice parking lot, follow "Accès Plage".
Access to take-off from the beach to the north.
Depending on wind direction, take-off in the west combe just before the blockhouses. Or in the North combe just after. Respect these take-off points to protect the site from collapsing sand and vegetation.
Above all, do not take off before the area halfway between the parking lot and the take-off point. ONF domain, counterfoil booklet ready.
During the summer months, flying southwards from the "bee" sign on the supervised beach is strictly forbidden. You may be penalized for landing after the sign.
Site Sabloney - Robinson :- In front of Pyla Camping. Roadside parking strictly prohibited. Free parking 2km further on at Petit Nice.
Walk along the Pyla-camping on your right, 10mn, the take-off platform is at the end. it is not reserved. However, please show courtesy without imposing.
The 2 sites are over-frequented in summer.
Helmet and throttle mandatory.
To the right or north, the large dune offers plenty of space for training close to the ground, and the slope is gentle.
To the south, it's uphill.
Everywhere, apply the rules of priority with common sense, and don't send tandem pilots to the mat. Remain courteous at all times.
Fly well shod (pieces of scrap metal in the sand).
Do not fly over terrain in winds of over 20 km/h.
Protect this fragile site: don't trample the oyats or cause the sand to sink unnecessarily.
This site is your responsibility as a flyer. It is also classified as a heritage site of all kinds, which means that while we are admired for our harmonious practices, institutions would like to confine us to very restricted areas. The future of our freedom of flight depends on our behavior.
