This is an artificial ramp measuring approximately 15 x 8 meters. The ramp has a southerly orientation and an altitude of approx. 1040 m MSL. It is sturdily built, has a non-slip surface and is also ideal for inexperienced pilots in light southerly winds. It may only be used with the permission of the local flying school. Launch fees will be charged. The ramp is located in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque Santuari de Queralt (monastery), which is easily accessible by car. From the parking lot of the Santuari, however, it is a 500m walk to the ramp.
The walk and the start are rewarded with an incomparable view over the plain of Berga with the Llobregat, which has its springs practically "around the corner" (a visit to the springs is worthwhile). A few kilometers to the northeast is the "Las Baels" reservoir, the largest drinking water reservoir in Catalonia.
