there is a small hill nearby of Liteni village, you can walk or drive up with a good car. Take off is very short, followed up by a vertical wall - just some meters and below is the forest. Suitable for E or SE winds Car with 4x4 Altitude 895m

On a good day less than 15 km/h SE or S you may take off from the base of the take-off area. With 10 km/h or less wind from SE or S you should walk all the way up between the woods and find the clearing where you can set out for taking off. Observe the ribbons on trees and bushes that show the wind's direction. Approx 170m elevation to first launch Altitude 1001m

This is a small, 120 m high hill, suitable for both beginners and advanced paragliders. Only for the experienced! Top landing! No other way to land! 1- and 2-seater Altitude 587m

The classic place Dezmir, nearby of Cluj Napoca. About a 100m high hill, suitable for afternoon soaring, or small flights, also for beginners. There is a school, ASPAR, where everybody can try a flight, tandem or single. 1- and 2-seater Altitude 397m

Near the antenas on the top of the mountain 1- and 2-seater Altitude 1297m

just below the forest, 830m absolute altitude East start above Rimetea. Rimetea offers excellent flight possibilities. There are starting points on the western and eastern slopes, which can be easily reached on foot. Impressive landscapes and great nature. In Rimetea there are very nice pensions. The village is a Hungarian village in the middle of Romania. Absolutely recommendable. Sometimes there are local pilots. The slopes offer a pointed thermal. Ask the locals on the spot.
